The U.S. Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP) consortium, through its lead organization, Battelle, is seeking an evaluation partner that will be responsible for developing and managing the program evaluations. This includes:
- Design and instrumentation,
- Data collection,
- Verification,
- Analysis, and
- The generation of annual evaluation reports.
Aligned with the Federal STEM Strategic Plan and the U.S. Army’s strategic plan, the AEOP requires evidence-based evaluation of all programs within the AEOP portfolio to measure participant outcomes and impact. Through responses to this request for proposal (RFP), a consultant organization will be selected to work collaboratively with the AEOP Consortium to design, develop, and implement an Evaluation Plan for the portfolio that is in alignment with AEOP’s priorities.
The slides from Battelle’s July 22nd webinar are here. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm EST on Thursday, August 19th. Find the FAQ here. Find the full RFP here.
