Description of Research: Investigate the processing of materials suitable for 3D printed electronics and characterize the mechanical and electrical properties. These materials include but are not limited to, conductive and non-conductive materials, with and without particles for substrate, interconnects, and adhesives for electronics. These processes will be compatible with 3D printing, thermal cycling, photonic sintering, and other preparation and curing methods.
