Fellowship Description

The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is a designated Science & Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL). Internship will reside within the ARL Civilian Human Resources Office (CHRO) under the Science & Technology (S&T) Demonstration Project (DEMO) Program Manager. The position will provide experience on STRL policy management for personnel and workforce legislative and locally established authorities and flexibilities tailored to support the ARL mission in regards to recruiting, retaining, and maintaining a competitive workforce. The majority of the S&T policy management will be comprised of human resource management but may include exposure to other areas of S&T policy management as well as engagement with other DoD STRLs.


  • Basic exposure to public policy, public administration, business administration or science & technology policy.

    The eCYBERMISSION Mini-Grant is intended to support teachers/program leaders as they implement eCYBERMISSION with their teams. Educators (formal and informal) of students in grades 6-9 are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to Title 1 schools and to those with underserved/ under-represented populations.
