Fellowship Description

The intern will work within the Office of the Director of the Army Research Directorate (ARD) of the U.S. ARMY Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL). ARD is responsible for the intramural foundational research conducted within ARL, overseeing basic and applied research within the Lab. The internship presents an opportunity to experience first-hand how a Science & Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) conducts its operations in support of ARL’s and the Army’s foundational research goals. The interns will work with the ARD Executive Fellow(s) to help in the day-to-day operation of the directorate, including note-taking at internal meetings, aiding in organization and coordination of visits by VIPs, and assembling.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Scientific technical literacy or business management and administration preferred
  • This internship is open to U.S. Citizens only and is contingent on a basic background check and signing an NDA.
