The educational programs of the AHPCRC are designed to emphasize the use of HPC in research and its application to complex real-world problems. Through such programs, including its high school and undergraduate summer institutes, as well as its graduate research opportunities, students are encouraged to pursue advance degrees focusing on computational sciences and engineering.
At the undergraduate level, the Center conducts the Advanced Summer Institute in HPC. The Center also conducts an internship program for selected Service Academy cadets.
The Center's graduate and postdoctoral fellowship programs provide support for research assistants and postdoctoral fellows to pursue advanced studies focusing on computational sciences and engineering.
Upon completion of their degree programs, the graduate students are encouraged to explore research careers in the United States Army and the academic and industrial partners of the Center.
